Hotel Check-In Information

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure that all guests enjoy a comfortable and dignified stay, please review the following important information.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM

The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and guests can check in and out at any time.

  • Luggage Storage: Free luggage storage service is available before check-in and after check-out.
  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: NT$500 per hour (charged in full-hour increments; any fraction of an hour is considered one full hour). Availability depends on room conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Check-In Documents: Upon check-in, please provide your booking reference number and present your physical passport for verification. Please note that digital photos or photocopies of your passport on mobile phones will not be accepted. If valid identification cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without a refund.
  • Room Type and Floor Assignment: Room photos are for reference only. The actual floor and room decor will be assigned upon arrival. Specific floor or room number requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Payment Methods:
    Accommodation fees can be paid in full via online credit card payment at the time of booking, or upon check-in at the front desk using cash or a credit card. If you have any questions regarding the use of gift vouchers or payment methods, please feel free to contact our front desk staff at any time.

Parking Service

The hotel offers an indoor flat parking lot with a height limit of 1.9 meters.

  • Each room is limited to one parking spot, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations or reserved spots are not available.
  • Free Parking Period: From 12:00 PM on the check-in date to 12:00 PM on the check-out date.

Room Regulations

  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the hotel (including rooms and public areas). A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 to NT$6,000 will be charged for violations.
  • Extra Person Charge:
    • Children aged 0–6 (inclusive): Stays free of charge (maximum of 2 children per room sharing existing bedding).
    • Children aged 7 (inclusive) and above: NT$900 per night.The above fee includes: 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 welcome gift, 1 set of towels, and 1 pair of paper slippers.

      Kindly Note: For children who stay for free without an extra bed, additional amenities and bedding will not be provided in the room

  • Facilities and Environmental Policy:
    • To promote sustainability, bed linens, duvets, and pillowcases will not be changed during extended stays unless requested.
    • All rooms have windows but no bathtubs. Extra beds or bed type changes are not available.
    • For safety reasons, high-power electrical appliances not provided by the hotel are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
    • Please do not wear the provided paper slippers in the bathroom or on wet surfaces for safety reasons.
  • Financial Responsibility: Any damage or contamination of hotel facilities or items due to personal actions will incur compensation charges based on the actual damage.

Other Regulations

  • SPA Usage:
    • Registration is required. The SPA area is closed for cleaning maintenance every Monday.
    • It is only available for female guests who are 120 cm or taller.
  • Pet Policy:
    Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs).
  • Environmental and Safety Regulations:
    • Disposable tableware and related items (such as fruit knives, utility knives, lighters, etc.) are not provided.
    • Illegal activities or improper entertainment (such as drug use, gambling, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
    • Room Amenities Request Policy
      To promote environmental sustainability and maintain our service quality, additional room amenities are subject to the following guidelines:
      1. Towels & Slippers: Each room may request up to one additional set (towel and slippers) free of charge.
      2. Blankets: Each room may request up to one additional blanket free of charge. Due to limited availability, please inform us or make a reservation in advance; on-site requests will be subject to availability.
      3. Pillows: All rooms are standardly equipped with two pillows per person. To ensure optimal comfort and space on the bed, we do not provide additional pillows.
  • Visitor Restrictions:
    Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please maintain quiet during this time.
  • Bicycle Parking:
    The hotel provides dedicated parking spaces for bicycles. If you wish to bring a bicycle into the room, it must be packed in a box or bag.
  • Package Collection:
    The hotel can only receive free-of-charge packages during your stay. Please notify the staff in advance.
  • Baby Equipment Rental:
    Cribs, bathtubs, and bed rails are available, but in limited quantities. Please contact the hotel in advance. Baby sterilizers are not available.
  • Self-Service Laundry Facilities:
    24-hour self-service coin-operated washing and drying machines are available on the top floor. Coins can be exchanged at the front desk.
